We are currently looking for a new operator for our pharmaceutical manufacturing where you will have the opportunity to be involved in the production of our pharmaceutical product Relfydess. The role includes formulation and aseptic filling of Relfydess.

The current production team on line 4 consists of operators, lab engineers, and process and quality engineers. Together, you are responsible for the manufacturing, management, and development of production processes for our biological pharmaceutical product. The group has a very good community and values a work environment where everyone can thrive.

Responsibilities

The role is directed towards the part of the line responsible for formulation (bulk) and aseptic filling.

In this position, you will:

• Actively participate and take responsibility for ensuring that manufacturing is performed according to established instructions and specified quality requirements.
• Participate in the daily manufacturing process as well as media fillings
• Take responsibility for processes and equipment within your area of responsibility
• Share your knowledge with others to deliver a quality-assured product to the market with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications:

• Experience in aseptic operator work (preferable)
• Knowledge of and experience working with strictly aseptic processes in pharmaceutical production.
• Ability to follow and document strict compliance with GMP.
• Completed secondary education.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

As an operator in the pharmaceutical industry, it is important that you are meticulous and have a quality mindset, as well as good collaboration skills. You are helpful and can integrate with the team where giving and receiving feedback is an important part of the daily work. The role requires you to be driven and calm, as well as taking responsibility for your work. You are flexible and appreciate the high pace of production while also enjoying routine work.

The position involves shift work. Currently, a 3-shift system including weekend work is applied.
